“It is hard to make a decision to sell your business. But once that is done, you need someone to guide you from the beginning to the end. I chose Sara Cartee. What a great choice. She evaluated the business and told me what it would bring (which it did). She answered every dumb question I had and always made me feel comfortable about what I was doing. She is very professional with an added attraction of being witty and my friend. One thing different about Sara that is different from most people today in business, is that she always returned my phone calls and emails. I was worried about all the legal things that would have to be done. I don't know why because like every other thing I asked her to do, she totally took care of everything. All I had to do during the entire ordeal was to present records, documents, and anything to show details about the business. That part was easy. She did all the hard work. We laughed a lot and finally got a closing date. I just showed up and picked up my check and signed my name a gazillion times.
